Format: Two Pools of 4/5 Teams, 3 matches in your pool. We will have one cross bracket match. Wrestling will be on four mats. Wrestling will run from 9:00 a.m. to about 3:00 p.m.

Exhibition matches will be permitted until we are ready to start the next round.
Past Teams in attendance: Easton, Northampton, Nazareth, Delaware Valley, Peak Performance, Central Jersey Wrestling Club, Howell Twp., Orchard wrestling, Northern Lebanon.
Guaranteed 4 matches. Teams that win their pool will wrestle for a champion. Exhibition matches are encouraged. If a kid wants them, he can get up to 7-10 matches
