10-12 teams per division. Divisions and weight classes are identical to the VAC duals. Each team will tentatively wrestle 5 matches. Exhibitions as time permits.\

Weigh ins: If wrestling in the open on Saturday, your weigh in will carry over (must tell scale master at weigh in). Scales will open Saturday 3:30 to 5:00pm and again 7:00 to 8:00am on Sunday. Wrestling begins 9:00 Am.
Modified DIAA rules. Forfeits will count as six team points. Wrestling shoes taped. No more than two coaches per corner. Parents will not be allowed mat side. College out of bounds rules will be used. Length of Bouts: K-6: 3 - one minute periods. 1 minute OT. 30 second ride out. 6-8th: 3 – 1 ½ minute periods. 1 minute OT. 30 second ride out
